Our Health Centre Locations

Our online consultation service is available from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Patients are able to submit online requests at any time during these hours. If you are not able to do online consultation, we can do it for you.

All requests are reviewed by a GP who will prioritise them based on clinical urgency.

Urgent requests are addressed the same day (within opening hours). Routine requests are responded to within two working days.

If we have reached capacity for urgent same-day appointments, you may be directed to urgent or emergency care services after a clinical review of your query.

Please note our online consultation system will remain open for the entirety of our core hours. Exceptionally, it may be unavailable only for urgent system maintenance. We also close during  protected learning time one afternoon a month on a Tuesday or Thursday.

We encourage all patients to refer to our Patient Charter which sets out the standards of care you can expect.

We are a Neuroaffirmative Surgery

Find out how we aim to support you or your child in your interactions with the surgery.

  • 1% of the population are autistic. This can pose a challenge accessing healthcare due to medical staff’s general lack of confidence and knowledge in treating patients who are autistic.
  • Doctor visits can pose particular challenges for individuals with ASD, as sensory sensitivities and communication differences can heighten their stress levels in these settings.
  • Many staff feel unsure about how to provide the right support for people with autism. This uncertainty comes from different reasons such as not having enough training and not knowing much about autism or the wide variety of ways that autism can manifest.
  • Staff have undergone training co-produced and delivered by parents with neurodiverse children- ‘The Changemaker Project’
